The Wipe Session fixes that in 90 minutes. We agree the kill criteria first, before anyone discusses the concept. Then we score the concept against them, with an engineer’s live read on whether the thing can actually be built. You leave with a verdict: kill it, fix it, or fund it.
How it works
Before the session
You send a one-page concept description. We send back a criteria worksheet.
First 15 minutes
Agree on the kill criteria before anyone argues for the concepts. This is the trick, and it’s the method in miniature.
45 minutes
Score the concept against the criteria, with engineering realism in the room.
Last 30 minutes
The verdict, what would need to be true, and where this goes next.
